Luca Tanzi was born in Monza in 1967. He graduated in Economics and Business Studies at the Università Cattolica, Milan, and after a brief work experience with a multinational, he became an entrepreneur in the sector of interior design and furnishings.
He established Vanity in 2010, a company based in Mezzago. Vanity specialises in the production of furnishings, display units, window dressings and showroom fittings for the retail sector, the main form of communication for fashion brands and more besides.
Engineering ideas that are especially proposed by clients entails the use of a large variety of materials, including wood, metal, moulds, resin, plastic and the production of special finishes. The goals of the highly creative projects is to impress the consumer, from time to time, with colours, shapes and special effects, and also with the particular characteristics of the materials used, the quality of finishes and precise details, features that are later found in the displayed items.
Vanity’s clients are the most prestigious brands on the fashion scene and also come from other sectors, both Italian and foreign. The company conducts business in the international framework. Besides a branch in Paris, Vanity China was established in 2015 with a branch in Shanghai to be closer to clients even on the Asian market.

The selection presented includes photographic albums that portray the creation of window dressings for leading brands (Missoni, Pollini, Calvin Klein, Moleskine, Bikkembergs) at la Rinascente department store in Piazza del Duomo, Milan.
